Many youth ministers are overwhelmed when they look out at a room filled with middle school girls and guys. How do you keep the guys engaged without frustrating the girls? How do you talk about feelings without the guys resorting to armpit noises? How in the world do you honor both genders when they’re so different? Drawing from 19 years of experience with middle school students, Heather will offer practical ideas on middle school programming, teaching, activities, and relationships.
