How to Win with Administration

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

There’s a long-held myth that youth workers are bad administrators. We’re known for our last-minute planning and our ability to shoot from the hip. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Successful administration begins by addressing our inner struggle to find peace and then addressing our outer struggle to create order and rhythm. In this seminar we’ll talk about inner order and organization, and then we’ll talk about rhythms for workflow, big-picture planning, and weekly schedules that make sense for who we are and where we work. We’ll also look at loads of practical ideas we can put into practice to get more organized and stay ahead of the curve.
