Gone are the days when a boy would have to work to find pornography. New technologies have combined with our brokenness to create a world in which even the youngest of kids will be found by pornography long before they might go looking for it themselves. Like us, they might keep looking. Pornography is no respecter of persons, and often youth workers are not only addressing pornography’s grip on kids, they’re also addressing their own pornography addictions. In this seminar Walt Mueller looks at how the pervasive presence of pornography is misshaping God’s glorious gift of sexuality, youth culture, our kids, and our youth ministry selves. We’ll look beyond the facts to discover the influence pornography has on our lives, and we’ll also look at practical, hope-filled strategies for equipping kids and ourselves to live godly sexual lives in the midst of a culture where pornography has been normalized.
