Lauds is a prayer practice that can be traced back to apostolic times. During this time of prayer, we offer praise to God for the break of a new day, and we celebrate the reality that our Lord has indeed risen from the dead. This 15-minute service is a simple liturgy of Scripture, silence, and spoken prayer.
