Monastic Spirituality

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Many Christians are adopting monastic practices as meaningful guides in their journeys with Jesus. How do these old traditions—praying the hours, the grand silence, hospitality—speak to our lives? Can vows of obedience, stability, poverty, and chastity be meaningful to those of us who live outside of monastery walls? We’ll explore these questions and others with Beth Slevcove and Libbie Patterson, who are Benedictine Oblates.
