We live in a world that moves nonstop and in a church that keeps up with it. When are you allowed to stop? What about Sabbath? Can you set aside time for being instead of doing? How would that even work? We’ll learn about Sabbath and imagine how intentionally stopping and resting can be incorporated into our lives, families, and ministries.
