We all feel the tension of too much to do and not enough time, energy or resources. What would happen if we were able to effectively connect with other like-minded leaders, churches, and organizations? How could we have a greater impact in the lives of the youth and families we serve while staying in the center of our gifts and passions? None of us posses all the gifts and skills, but together we have everything we need. We are better together! In this workshop, you’ll learn to how to bring people together in an effective way, identify potential barriers and solutions to collaborative efforts, explore ideas and opportunities where everyone can win, and gain an understanding of how to successfully navigate the stages of community-building.
