Fred Oduyoye began in full-tim youth ministry 18 years ago, and his experiences led him to become the national training director for Urban Youth Workers Institute. Today, Fred is the Director of Networking for Youth Specialties and oversees the YS UnConference. Fred helps manage relationships with denominational leaders in order to support local churches and their youth departments.
